Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email with all the details

We’ll begin preparing your surprise-filled parcel with care and love
Processing Time
Because our items are curated and some are made-to-order:

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and pack your order

Orders placed during sales or special launches may take slightly longer (we promise it’s worth the wait!)

We currently ship within Malaysia, and are working hard to open up international delivery soon!

We do our best to balance cuteness, function, and delight — but preferences vary, so refunds for personal taste aren’t available

Out-of-Stock or Backorder Items
In rare cases, if an item goes out of stock while your order is being packed:

We may replace it with a similar item of equal or higher value to ensure your box stays full and balanced

If a product is on backorder, we’ll notify you and offer an updated delivery timeframe or alternate option
Order Cancellations
Because of the nature of surprise curation, all sales are final once placed.
