Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Because our products are carefully curated mystery bundles, we only accept returns or refunds for:

Damaged, defective, or missing items upon arrival

Incorrect items received
To be eligible, you must provide:

A full unboxing video starting from the sealed package all the way to opening each item one by one (no cuts or edits, please)
This helps us ensure transparency and investigate any packaging or fulfillment issues.

Unfortunately, we cannot process requests submitted after this window.
Non-Refundable Conditions
We do not accept returns or refunds if:

The mystery bundle has been opened without a full unboxing video

You change your mind after receiving the correct items

You purchase the wrong item or variant by mistake

You request a return due to personal preference (e.g., you don’t like a specific item in the bundle)
All mystery-themed sets are final sale due to their surprise nature.
How to Request a Return or Refund
If your order meets the criteria above, here’s what to do:

Return Shipping

If the issue is confirmed (e.g., item missing/damaged), we will cover the return shipping or offer a store credit/refund — depending on the situation.

If a return is requested but not due to a verified fault, the customer bears the shipping cost, and eligibility is subject to approval.
Refunds Timeline
Once your return is approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or via store credit, typically within 5–7 business days

If we offer a replacement or exchange, we’ll ship it out as soon as possible — with tracking!
International Orders
For now, we only ship within Malaysia. Once we open international shipping:

Returns/refunds will only be accepted for damaged or incorrect orders

Customers will need to cover return shipping unless the issue is on our end
Can I Exchange an Item?
Because our bundles are themed and mystery-based, we currently do not offer exchanges. But if something is damaged or missing, we’ll happily replace the affected item(s) after verifying your unboxing video.
